Lemon Asparagus

I was getting tired of the same old asparagus recipe I had, so I went on the food network site and found this recipe by Ina Garten (A.K.A Barefoot Contessa)
I made it and fell in love with this recipe. Thanks Ina!
I made it for my friend, Stacey Cantu when she was staying with us and she really loved it as well.
She wanted this recipe on the blog...and now, here you go!

Ingredients:
30 large stalks of Asparagus
2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/2 Cup freshly grated Parmesan
2 lemons cut into wedges

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Ingredients that are needed.

Take 30 LARGE stalks and place on cookie sheet. It helps if your cookie sheet has sides!
Drizzle asparagus with Olive Oil and sprinkle the salt and pepper.
Place in oven and roast for 15 min.
Remove from oven, sprinkle the cheese on.
Place back in oven for 5 min.

Serve hot with a lemon wedge and  squeeze lemon juice on asparagus.
Enjoy!
